Her knowledge of the mountains, the people, and the countries combined with her ability to speak German and French fluently make for great trips - well organized, educational and fun. Penny personally escorts each trip, but gauges the abilities of the individuals when deciding daily adventures. Karen Bobotaskaren@pennypitoutravel.comKaren joined the staff of Penny Pitou Travel in September 1995. She is an enthusiastic skier, and has had the opportunity to ski at Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Utah; Colorado; and the Canadian Rockies. She has enjoyed cruises to destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Bermuda. Karen has completed a specialist course with Cruise West, which offers small ship cruising to Alaska, British Columbia, and Mexico. She has also completed a Canadian Specialist course.
Karen is very excited about developing small group trips in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Her first venture was with Backroads bicycling through the Napa Valley. Janet Breton, CTCjanet@pennypitoutravel.comJanet has been in the travel industry for 20 years beginning with Penny Pitou Travel in 1985. After a 9 year absence managing another travel agency, Janet has rejoined the staff and is now working from her home and servicing clients from the Concord area as well as the Lakes Region. Janet is a Certified Travel Consultant and was an instructor for the Penny Pitou Travel School. Janet has extensive travel experience including China, England, Ireland, Switzerland, Hawaii and Florida. She has also cruised on several ships throughout the Caribbean.
Kim Chase, CTCkimc@pennypitoutravel.comKim has worked for Penny Pitou Travel, Inc. since October 1983. She holds an Associate degree in Travel and Tourism, and has passed the Certified Travel Consultant course from ICTA. Kim has traveled extensively over the last 20 years including many adventure destinations in Western Europe, the Canadian Rockies, the Grand Canyon and Costa Rica, along with a variety of cruise experiences. Kim specializes in independent and action travel to Europe, Costa Rica, family vacations, active vacations and cruising. She feels strongly about responsible tourism, learning and caring for the environment and cultures of the places she visits.
Kim has also traveled extensively in France and spent a long weekend devoted to finding wonderful, small hotels in Paris.
Family travel is another area where Kim has extensive knowledge. She has recently spent time on the Mayan Riviera with her husband and children and has some great ideas for your next family vacation.
Jane Chauvin, CTCjane@pennypitoutravel.comJane graduated in 1985 from the Travel Education Center and also holds BS from Granite State College. She is a Certified Travel Counselor, a designation conferred by the Institute of Certified Travel Agents for professionals who have completed a comprehensive certification program. She is also a member of the Switzerland Network and has completed the Australia and the South Africa Destination Specialist Program. Jane has traveled to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hawaii, Ecuador, the Panama Canal, San Blas Islands, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Caribbean, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Greece, the British Isles, Ireland, the Canadian Rockies, and much of the United States. Jane has also hiked and climbed in the Alps, Dolomites, Greek Islands, and Canary Islands.

Anne Coteanne@pennypitoutravel.comAnne is a 1984 graduate of the Travel Education Center and has been working with Penny Pitou Travel Inc. since 1991. She has traveled to Europe and several Caribbean islands. Anne is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and has visited Disneyland and Disney World several times. Her travels in the United States have taken her to Hawaii, Las Vegas and Florida. One of her most memorable trips was to Canada, to enjoy the beauty of the Canadian Rockies. She has taken several Caribbean cruises with a variety of cruise lines. Anne is an avid golfer, and is looking forward to developing golf tours to various destinations. She has recently completed a Scandinavian Specialist Course in addition to her Small Ship certification thru Cruise West.
Kim Terrio, CTCkimt@pennypitoutravel.comKim began her travel career in 1975 after attending the Boyd Career School in Pittsburgh, PA. Always intrigued by travel, Kim has traveled extensively throughout Europe including Norway, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Portugal and the UK to name a few. Kim's other travel adventures have taken her on Safari in Kenya and downunder to Australia and New Zealand. A few highlights of her many travels include navigating the passage into port at Bora Bora on Windstar's Windsong and viewing twin cheetahs with their mother "up close and personal" in the Masai Mara. Other areas well known to Kim include Arizona and the National Parks of the Southwest, ski areas in France, Switzerland and Austria as well as hiking adventures. Kim had the unique experience of visiting the Galapagos Islands with Lindblad Travel. "One of the most unique travel experiences yet!" Snorkeling with the sea lions was a real highlight for Kim and her son.
Recent trips include Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, an inaugural sailing on the Crown Princess and staying in the mountains of North Carolina. Latest trips include Tortola and a stay at Long Bay Beach Resort and Kim will also inspect 2 Couples Resorts in Jamaica in November.
Kim completed her CTC (Certified Travel Consultant) designation in 1985 and also developed a curriculum and taught travel school from 1985 to 1990.
Kim became Executive Vice President of Penny Pitou Travel in 1988 and has 33 years experience.

Roger began his travel career at GOGO Vacations in 1975. After moving to the Lakes Region, he joined Travel Partners. Roger joined the staff at Penny Pitou Travel in July, 2007.
Roger has traveled extensively in Great Britain,Europe and Egypt. He has also cruised in Europe, Transatlantic and the Caribbean.

Don joined the staff as an outside sales agent in September 2008, after being employed with Apollo Travel Service for 22 years as assistant manager and travel consultant. He has earned the designation of a Certified Sandals Resorts specialist. Don has traveled to several countries in Europe including Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Scotland, and Ireland to name a few. Among his Caribbean adventures were a sailing trip from St. Lucia to Grenada, and another trip to the island of St. John for a fantastic snorkeling experience. Don has also traveled to many parts of the western United States including Arizona, New Mexico, Montana, and Washington.

Hansi Glahn, CTC
Hansi has worked in the travel industry since 1970 and has earned her CTC designation (certified travel consultant). She joined the Penny Pitou Travel staff in September 2008 as an outside agent having most recently been affiliated with Apollo Travel Service. She has traveled extensively in Europe, particulary in the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Germany and Austria. She has also recently traveled in the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Croatia. She has skied in the US and in Europe and hiked in the eastern and western US, Europe, the Kumbu region of Nepal and in Africa where she climbed Mt Kilimanjaro. Other travels have included many islands in the Caribbean, St Barts, Nevis and Harbor Island in the Bahamas, being favorites, and a small boat cruise in Alaska. Hansi specializes in custom designed travel and in complicated journeys.

Sandy Delude has been in the travel industry since 1977. She received her degree in Travel & Tourism from Endicott College.
Sandy is pleased to join the staff at Penny Pitou Travel as an Outside Sales Consultant. Previous experience has been with Davidson Travel as a corporate agent and as Manager and President of Apollo Travel Service for over 20 years. Sandy handles all types of travel including corporate travel arrangements, incentive group travel, and meeting planning.
Some of her trips have taken her to popular European destinations such as Greece, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and the Alps of Switzerland. As a native Vermonter, she has challenged most of the Vermont ski areas along with Winter Park, Colorado, and her favorite – Whistler/Blackcomb Mountains in British Columbia. Among her Canadian travels, she has toured the Canadian Rockies and frequently visits the cities of Montreal and Quebec City.
Besides skiing, the game of golf has taken her to the Golden Isles of Georgia including Jekyll, St. Simon’s, and Sea Island and Bermuda.
More recent trips have taken her through the Panama Canal and to the Caribbean with time spent in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and the beautiful island of Barbados. She has spent a few weeks exploring Cozumel, Cancun and the Mexican Riviera.
