- Show Time: 2:00 PM at Radio City Music Hall
- Return Departure: 6:00 PM from Bryant Park (arrive by 5:45 PM)
- Estimated Return Time: 11:00 PM in Concord
- Cost: $220 per person (includes transportation, gratuity, and show ticket)

Payment Deadline: All payments and completed reservation forms must be received by August 31, 2025.
Cost: $220 per person (includes transportation, gratuity, and orchestra seating ticket to the show).
Non-Refundable Policy: Payment is non-refundable unless your space can be resold. A waitlist will be maintained for this purpose.
Departure Details: Depart from Concord Trailways Parking Lot at 5:30 AM (please arrive by 5:15 AM). Return departure from Bryant Park, NYC at 6:00 PM (arrive by 5:45 PM).
Motor Coach Instructions: Pickup will be in front of the terminal in Laconia. In NYC, the motor coach will pick up at the same location it drops off—Bryant Park. Please be prompt in returning to the coach for departure.
